PMFA at NFCB

Public Media for All is thrilled to be at the NFCB Conference this year! If you’re also coming to Denver for this important gathering of community media leaders, please come find our exhibitor table and say hi! We’ll have official PMFA buttons for the first 75 people to stop by. There is a fabulous speaker line up for the conference this year, and we’re thrilled to be included. Thanks to NFCB and the Wyncote Foundation for their generous support, which has enabled us to attend and participate.

BIPOC attendees are invited to grab a drink and join us for a series of icebreaker activities and small group conversation designed to foster emotionally brave connections that create community and support DEI work.

Lunch Plenary – Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Media

This round-table conversation with Public Media for All will be moderated by Sally Kane, CEO of NFCB, and live-streamed for remote attendees. As leaders seek to diversify their teams, it’s important to look inward and recognize that cultural change comes first. In this session, we will talk about how to create an organizational culture that is inclusive enough to sustain the diversity we seek.
